Hello world. What a fine, windy day it is today. So far life's good. I enjoy surfing the net with the mtv channel in the background. Mr Chee is off for his reservist training for a week. Lucky I have my fav book with me, Godfather! I took ages to read it cuz it's just soooo nice, I dont want to finish reading it too fast. Anyhow for this one week, I have planned many things for myself. Of course online shopping still remains my daily ritual; I'm gonna meet up with some frens and hopefully get a good hairdye and manicure. No wonder I am broke uh.

For the past week, been going out pretty often. Caught Transformer on Wed when it opened. It was a blast!! I thought Shia LaBeouf portrayed his role well as the sheepish college boy who saved the world at the end of the day. But it was of course the machines, like Bumble Bee which stole the show. Overall it was a good film, certainly deserved more popcorns or stars than what was given. Next, I wanna catch Harry Porter which will open soon in July! Then on Thurs, we celebrated daddy's birthday. Birthday present was a LG Secret phone! We had a celebration dinner at Melben Seafood cuz my daddy loves fish. Birthday cake was from Bakerzin, kindly sponsored by Daryl :) On Fri, Anna, Jus, JH and DJ came over my hse. Too bad we forgot to take a single photo! Dejie, being the mahjong pro was the biggest winner of the day and Jianhao, the biggest loser! Phew! Had our dinner at my house nearby KFC, and we actually chatted there until 11pm! Heh. As for yesterday, Mr Chee and I had a nice stroll at Fort Canning Park, it's been ages since we gone there. The steps almost killed me but the view more than made up for it. Clarke Quay looks particularly beautiful when viewed from fort canning! I shall get the photos from Mr Chee when he's finally back from his traning. Till then, take care everyone :)

Hello world. I'm so broke right now. Fathers' Day just passed and dad's birthday in 2 days' time. I know I shouldn't complain, considering how much I spent recently. Attended one too many warehouse sales and ended up buying more and MORE stuff. I am so crazy about skincare and cosmetics these days, esp skincare which is sooooo important! Just the other day, Mr Chee commented that I'm having more skincare products on my table. Haha. And recently I'm so into this BB cream shit, been reading reviews and more reviews for the past few weeks. Cuz it's considered rather exp for someone as broke as me, I need to make sure that I get the best! After trying many samples, there are three brands which I cant make up my mind about. Lioele water drop bb blends easily into my skin and gives the hydrated look which I so desperately seek. Legere white multi BB blends well with my skin tone and has a better coverage. Lastly Face Shop extra BB looks really natural and matt on my skin. Well so which should I buy?
Till then, I shall be dragging Mr Chee for more bb cream shopping! :D

Hello world. Went down to marina barrage this afternoon. It was my first visit there and I'm glad the weather was still alright. I think the water playground was pretty fun, though I was probably the oldest there. Everywhere on the roof garden, people were either having a picnic or flying kites. All in all, it was a beautiful day :)
